Cancellations
Cancellations accepted within 12 hours for in stock items, and 48 hours for pre-orders.

Custom and Personalized Orders
Special or custom orders may not be returned or canceled and are not subject to the return policy (unless agreed otherwise with the client).

Lead Time
Due to the fact that all furniture available in our offer is 100% handmade, the lead time will vary. All lead times are stated within the individual listing. Some listings will also state that there are available pieces in stock. If that is the case, please see Shipping and Receiving.

Furniture Material and Characteristics
All the furniture visible in our offer is handmade, mostly of local Midwestern black walnut and cherry. Other species may include English elm or African mahogany. The real appearance of products may slightly differ from the images presented on our page, mainly due to differences in the color of the wood and it’s grain - it results from the properties of the material, such as wood. I guarantee only the highest quality wood is selected for each piece finished to the highest standard.

Shipping and Receiving
If a piece is listed as In Stock then you can expect it to arrive at USPS within 48 hours after the order is placed. If a piece is not in stock it will show a lead time for creation. You will receive consistent updates on the status of your piece, including process photos. Once your piece is complete, please expect it to arrive at the post office within 48 hours.

I ship using USPS Priority Mail whenever possible. Standard times for packages are 3-5 business days, and may be slightly longer for larger items. You will receive a tracking number. I always require signature at delivery. Please inform me if you would like to opt out of this policy. NOTE: If you opt out of signing for delivery, Domo is not responsible for theft or weather damage.

Upon receipt of a shipment, it is advised to check whether the parcel has not been damaged in transport, preferably in the presence of a courier. If any damage is found, please contact me straight away.

Please be informed that I do all I can to keep your deliveries safe and secure at the time of transport, but if something has gone wrong, I’m here to help.

Dimensional changes of the solid Wood and risk of splitting, warping
Solid wood is a complex natural (and beautiful) material and it may change in the presence of moisture, temperature difference, or upon high or low humidity.

I’m proud to only order and manufacture my furniture in S&B grade solid wood corresponding to the National Hardwood Lumber Association (NHLA) rules and standards. The wood I use has been properly dried, however sometimes splitting, warping or shrinkage may still occur due to the properties of solid wood.

Here in Milwaukee, the climate is quite humid near the lake. If one of my pieces is shipped to a significantly drier climate (Southern CA, and the Southwest for example) please contact me and we may discuss alternate options that include high-end veneering in lieu of hardwood - depending on the piece. Some pieces may be affected far less with no reason to worry.
